At Ballarat Osteopathic Clinic, we’re focused on the well-being of every person who steps through our clinic doors. This includes the health and safety of our local communities, which is you, our patients, as well as our team members. Things may look and feel a little different at the moment but we're still providing the same quality care.

We have implemented a raft of hygiene and social distancing measures in the clinic to help minimise the risk of spreading the virus, including limiting the amount of practitioners working per day and increased appointment times to help minimise the risk to our clients and staff. We are staying up-to-date with government and chief medical advice and continue to monitor this and make changes to our procedures as the need arises.

Below is a list of measures we have put in place for all patients to follow. We thank you for your adherence to these measures.

  • We ask patients to wait in their car until their appointment time to decrease time spent in the waiting room

  • Sanitiser is available at the front door. Patients are asked to either wash their hands or use sanitiser on entering and exiting the clinic.

  • Please maintain social distancing in the waiting rooms

  • We ask that only the individual being treated attend the clinic. In the interests of health and safety for all we are attempting to minimise the number of people in the waiting room at any given time.

  • Face masks are optional for patients and practitioners. if you would like your practitioner to wear one, please ask - we are more than happy to comply.

Before attending your next appointment, please complete the following questionnaire to ensure that you are adhering to current government protocols.
